The active ingredient in Cellulean, 2.0% Aminophylline, penetrates into the skin and shrinks fat cells, reducing the size of thighs. The appearance of cellulite decreases along with the lost fat. Since the fat cells are smaller and lean muscle is more prominent, Cellulean also improves the firmness and smoothness of thighs. Aminophylline causes fat cells to release lipids and literally break them down. Furthermore, a pair of acids help break down the fat cells, and a dose of caffeine dehydrate the cells, reducing their fluid content and volume. Finally, Vitamins A and E of Cellulean smooth and moisturize skin.
